ScoutFestStarts At: 06:30PM Sat 16 Jun Ends At: 11:30PM Sat 16 Jun Tags: ScoutFest is here again! ok.. so i deleted the previous event by mistake :( but please forgive me and re-invite all of your scouty friends to this amazing event! ScoutFest is a evening of fun, socializing and party! There will be: an opening campfire, stalls with food, merchandise and games, a braai area (so bring meat if you don't intend on buying food), chill areas, a sweet dance hall with lasers, smoke machines, bubble machines, strobes, patterns you name it! This is a senior scout event for scouts above the age of 15. Adults are welcome buy you must be actively involved in the movement. The entrance fee will be R40 at the door and R30 prebooked (click "yes" on the attending section of the RSVP) Bring a scout scarf to identify yourself at the gate. There will be tight security so please refrain from bringing alcohol, drugs or other illegal substances. Parking is limited so organize lift clubs! Spread the word! Tell your troops, patrols and adult leaders! ** I repeat: If you RSVP "yes" it means you will be coming and you will be on the guest list.You will then only have to pay R30 at the gate instead of R40. |
